“Tried to resolve the situation maybe I just got a bad batch. I would never spend another penny towards this company. They want me to send the extensions back then wait for an inspection then wait 4-6 days for a refund or store credit then reorder. I needed them this weekend. I’m not going to waste my time or energy. They should have sent a new set while I sent these back. They give away so much hair to youtubers they should save that fir their real customers. Thank God I’m a hairstylist and I know someone who help me make them work. Horrible, NEVER AGAIN. Waste of money. I will be sure to let everyone I know, plus my clients and their loved ones.
