“I have been ordering hair extensions from bellami for years, however, my set arrived super thin this time. I could see through the hair when held up. They weren't even 22" like they were supposed to be. I did email them and they got back to me very efficiently. But, after exchanging emails and them offering to replace the set because they were so new, they wanted me to send this set back so they could inspect them. I just don't have the time or patience to send them back and be without them while they send new ones.”
“This is actually the second time I purchased extensions from Bellami, and the first but I was obsessed with the quality. Second time around I love the length and qualityof the hair, but I did notice that the hair is falling out “ shedding” and it’s its not a couple of strands of hair, it’s like it wasn’t sown in correctly. If it wasn’t for that issue I would have put a 5 star review ... was disappointed because I did pay good money for the extensions.”
