“I was thinking I was ordering the best extensions out there and was going to get deluxe packaging in a box with hangers, however I got what was essentially a ziplock bag. Not impressive , especially for such. Big name brand”

“I saved up for such a long time and thought I would envest my money in a good pair of extensions, I bought the bellísima set and was super excited to receive the pony tail as well, When I received the extensions I was not impressed they’re super thin and stringy, so I was still waiting for my pony tail to arrive since it was on backstock. When it came in it was not the color that I ordered, when I reached out to you guys all you said was “sorry for the misunderstanding” and you can’t take back the he product. So now I’m stuck with a useless pony tail that I can’t even dye since it’s synthetic hair and thin extensions that don’t look right , thanks now I’m out 250$ and completely unsatsfied, will be doing a video review about my experience so no one else falls for all the paid advertising you guys do on YouTube.”
