“We are having problems with our hair extensions that were bought at the beginning of October. They are loosing a lot of hair and are always frizzy. We have purchased extensions in the past and have not had a problem. I called this morning and talked to a woman by the name of Arlene and she said she would like pictures. The extensions have not been cut or colored. I had purchased them for my granddaughter who is a licensed cosmetologist. She uses the correct shampoo, brush and storage container. I feel that Arlene did not know what I was talking about.
I'm hoping that you stand behind your product since they are supposed to be able to withstand normal use. They are not even a month old and are not worn daily.”
“The Hair Is Very Nice And Soft Textured , however it becomes very tangled very fast , also the clips are not very strong at all . I've already had to sew one back in because it came out. I followed all the instructions on care for the extensions . And bought a special brush but still once you wear these for an hour they become a tangled mess :( I'm so sad because I was really excited to put these in.”
