“Thank you for my Bellami's! In the beginning they were great! I am in the hair industry and I wear my extensions on a daily basis and I hAve noticed them getting a little drier and knotting up together, not as silky as they were. Also I have not washed them yet and I purchased them beginning of December. Would you recommend me washing them? Also, I do not put any heat to them. The most out of the times I wear them would have to be 3 times total on running the flat iron on just a few strands, not the whole hair. What do you recommend to get that silliness back. Other than that, the compliments I get are endless!!!”
“I purchased the Bellissima 220g 22 in' hair extensions in Jet Black and at first I was hesitant to open the package... but I did and I have absolutely no regrets!! I love these extensions, they've managed to change my whole look and they are so easy to put in and take out. I've got everyone asking if it's my real hair, they blend beautifully. I barely even feel them while they're in and the clips are so stable! This has been an investment well worth it for me and I highly reccomend these extensions!”
“The product is great but it took about a month to actually get it. During that month, I needed to call customer service about twice a week to check in and follow up on each conversation, often being told about some other issue that would further delay the product. When I would call, I would often have to wait on hold for up to twenty or so minutes, or sometimes the system would just repeatedly hang up on me. The product is hard to beat, but you should order a month or two in advance and be prepared for things to go wrong.”
“I wish I could actually rate the product. Unfortunately I only received the fake pony tail which was a free gift. When I ordered my extensions they were in stock, yet I'm just now being told they are out of stock. I wouldn't have purchased them if they were out of stock because I actually wanted them for thanksgiving and it's now getting close to Christmas and I still don't have them. Also their customer service number just hangs up on you so you can never actually talk to anyone. I'm pretty disappointed!”
