“Very happy with my extensions. They are definitely the best ones I've ever used. Only reason I won't give 5 stars though is because the photos of the products are false. I was under the impression I was getting a travel case and hangers with my order and didn't receive either. Was later told only certain ones include them. Had I known this, I would have purchased one of those instead. The photo of the hair I bought showed the case and hangers. They should fix that cause it's misleading.”
“I ordered the bellami jet black 22in but after inquiring about the status of my order 3 days later I learned that the item went on back order about a day after I ordered it. I spoke with a manager that worked with me and sent me the chestnut brown clip ins and I do like the texture of the hair. However, the hair sheds ALOT! Everywhere I go there are strands left behind. I do plan to maybe order again and hope that the new set doesn't have the same problem.”
