“Very happy with my extensions. They are definitely the best ones I've ever used. Only reason I won't give 5 stars though is because the photos of the products are false. I was under the impression I was getting a travel case and hangers with my order and didn't receive either. Was later told only certain ones include them. Had I known this, I would have purchased one of those instead. The photo of the hair I bought showed the case and hangers. They should fix that cause it's misleading.”
“I ordered the bellami jet black 22in but after inquiring about the status of my order 3 days later I learned that the item went on back order about a day after I ordered it. I spoke with a manager that worked with me and sent me the chestnut brown clip ins and I do like the texture of the hair. However, the hair sheds ALOT! Everywhere I go there are strands left behind. I do plan to maybe order again and hope that the new set doesn't have the same problem.”
“I have never been so disappointed in a hugely proclaimed product. Inwatched review after review of beauty guru's stating that these extensions were amazing. I read online, and visited the site many times a day trying to decide whether or not they were worth the price. Ive been wearing extensions for 13 years, as my hair does not grow passed shoulder length no matter how well I keep it. I have NEVER had human hair extensions become so ratty so quickly. I washed them as instructed with extensions specific products. I took care to hang them every evening, never wore them to bed, I used an extensions friendly brush and have barely used any heat styling on them. The few times that I had, I was sure to use a top of the line heat protectant spray on them. As lusturous and beautiful as they seemed, that was definitely not the case. If extensions were returnable, I wouldnt have hesitated to send them back. I was looking forward to them so much, and am sad to announce nothing but disappointment.
The mini flat iron I received with my purchase however, IS fantastic.”
