“wasn't able to receive my Bellami set of hair , when I contacted customer service I was told that it was on back order and they weren't sure when I will receive the hair and when I purchased it , it wasn't on back order which was the reason why I dyed my hair in black to match this set. It really through me off I paid extra for 2 day shipping and notice when I didn't even receive a shipping notice.”
