“I don't think it is fair that I can't return the hair after opening. I have purchased two different sets of bellami because it is difficult to figure out the thickness of my hair. I first purchased 120g and that wasn't enough. I didn't think my hair was that thick? So I ordered 220g and it still wasn't thick enough surprisingly. I know have wasted almost $400 on hair I can't wear because I look stupid. There should be an exchange policy because clearly it's difficult to judge the thickness of hair.”
