“Extremely disappointed in the very brassy orange color the ash blonde came out to be. It took ALOT of toner and purple shampoo to get anywhere close to my hair color. I do love the thickness but sallys even has more of a color selection. Hope you guys come out with more colors more of a white platinum blonde and a burgundy red color as well. Thanks”
“The hair was not the same color as it was online, and it was not the color of the hair that my friends ordered that was the exact same color. It was way darker. It looked more like the dirty blonde than the ash blonde. I also have ordered the ash blonde in the past and these were definetely not that same color. I took out the tester and tried to tone it and see if that would help and it did not. I never opened that actual package of extensions, only the tester. I tried to exchange them, but was told since they were tampered with i could not exchange them. I did not even open the package, only the tester. I offered to pay the difference for just the tester since i didn't open the rest of the extensions and was still told no. This is terrible customer service, to not be workable and come up with a way to exchange the whole unused, unopened extensions besides the 1 little tester piece. I was very disappointed by this and will be switching to a different brand.”
“I give a one star review, the color did not match at all, even after getting a color match and researching your Instagram account for over a month, I've had my extensions for a month and there already unwearable, because of shedding and braking they look terrible, they tangle so bad I can't stand it! I'm so sad I spent so much money on these , and they only lasted a few weeks. Very disappointed , I only washed these one time in purple shampoo to get the color to kind match.”

“Not the right color. I would say the blonde selection is very limited. Being that once you have blonde hair, it's hard to grow out so blonde extensions are important. I had to try low lighting mine, myself and it didn't turn out and the extensions are in a drawer somewhere because they don't match. I suggest you make more blonde extensions with many very thin blonde tones in them that way more people can wear them.”
