“Love my hair but customer service was bad. I called multiple times just to get hung up on over and over. Shipping took a week which wasn't terrible but finding out about offers that I didn't get for free after everything was really upsetting. There was deals the day after that I didn't know about and should've gotten. Eclectically after my bad experience.”

I'm not sure if the quality haw changed or you guys are buying from a different place but my last two sets didn't last longer than a month and were tangled and matted after one wash! Definitely will be trying other brands...”

“I LOVE the quality of the extensions: thick hair that matched my own perfectly. However, after a couple of times wear, the hair began to turn a reddish color near the ends of the Beach Blonde color. I hope the hair doesn’t continue to turn red because I’m a blonde. All in all I enjoy my extensions! I have do doubt they will last me a while.”
