“The wefts were broken after 2 weeks normal useing. Now I'm waiting since 3 weeks to get my replacement wefts and I had to contact them 5 times to know whats going on with them. Still no tracking number. But the quality of the hair is really good.”
“I have just sent my extensions back because they are coming apart from the clip and shedding so bad and I have only worn them three times. I am not pleased with these extensions at all. They are not worth the money you pay for them.”
“The hair themselves were good quality. But the fact that I ordered them for a Christmas present and they didn't show up for 3 weeks after is a big NO! I ordered them 2weeks before Christmas as well. They kept telling me I had a undeliverable address. Kept my address and finally 3 weeks later they showed up. Talk about a headache. So I wouldn't do business again with them .”
“The hair quality is worth the price! However, I'm a little stuck between 3-4 stars. Only because the color was more yellow toned than I expected (it looked more golden on the website and in review videos). Also, the hairs burned a little even when I used a heat protectant. I have since washed them once and don't anticipate using much heat on them again. Burnt hair smell isnt a good smell! Lol other than that, it's a lot of hair, will look natural once dyed!”
