“Customer service was unsatisfactory. I emailed to get a color match and then called when I did not receive a reply and they did not receive my emails? No problem sending emails out to others on my end, was a Bellami issue...server problem, email client problem??? No follow-up on the issue and no other assistance offered. So I just never received a color match. Very frustrating, not pleased or delighted with Bellami.”
