“Not as in love with this set as I was with the set I got a year and a half ago. This one isn't as thick and it gets knotted so easily. One of the clips is falling off the weft already after 3 weeks of wearing them. Probably won't repurchase.”

“I love my Bellamis they have been great so far but this review is based mainly off of my whole experience with the Bellami company. After a TON of research on which hair extensions to purchase I sent in a couple photos of my hair so that Bellami could color match it the best they could. They were rather prompt in emailing me back what color they thought would match best so I went with it and purchased my 22inch set. Shipping was pretty quick and I finally received my Bellas but unfortunately the color was way to light for me so I had to ship them back...this process took about a week which was pretty frustrating for me as I had hoped the color match would have been accurate. During this duration Bellami decided to come out with a special which threw in a FREE hanger and extension bag and since I hadnt technically received my Bellas do to a wrong color match I felt as thought it should have been honored to me as a customer, but no... THEN I was invoiced to pay for the shipping of the correct colored extensions which really frustrated me as I wasnt the one who chose the color...Nevertheless Bellami does have a solid customer service time response and everyone I spoke with was very polite so I do appreciate that but I simply wish they would be more accommodating.”
