The FIRST time I put them in they looked great for all of 5 minutes....yes you read right,5 minutes. Then the hair started to Matt and look like synthetic wig hair. I immediately contacted Bellami and got a response from someone named Brittany. She told me a deep conditioner to purchase and told me to wash and deep condition them. Well I did. I let the conditioner penetrate for an hour in hopes that it would magically revitalize the hair. It did absolutely nothing. The hair still did not feel silky like my natural hair. The extensions felt like barbie hair.Honestly my extensions from Sally beauty supply were far superior in terms of quality. Bellami surpasses the sallys extensions in terms of quantity of hair but what good is a bunch of matted hair? Brittany was ZERO help. Save your money! now I'm kicking myself in the ass for spending so much money on extensions because it was like throwing 200 plus dollars down the toilet”
