I keep having to repurchase so i am considering looking elsewhere. I love the thickness of these though. I am saddened.”
“When I received them the package was ripped open and as I did a color match to my hair the extensions did not match my hair. I then called to return them to get a different color and because the package was ripped open before I even got them, they would not let me exchange”
