“I'm from Peru (South America), and ordered my first set of extension from Bellami. I have to say the hair is really soft, just like natural hair should be, but these extensions are not as full from top to end as I expected (as seen on YouTube reviews) but is not a big deal for me either because I'm cutting the ends anyways, and they also shred a little. The thing that really annoyed me about the extensions I got (I don't know if all of them have this problem) is that they came with sort of dry glue on almost all the wefts (looked like dandruff, I know! That's disgusting) and they look dirty because of that.
I cannot return them because I live in South America and because I already opened the whole set (because the tester was just fine and it matched my hair perfectly).
I'll have to cut them a little and keep on taking the "dandruff" out.”
“I received my packaged and was dissatisfied with the hair quality and how it didn't come with a lot of clip in as I expected. And the color was a lot lighter than shown on the website. I'm going to do a return.”
“Quality of hair is really good. Very thick and soft. The only thing that needs improving is the way the hair is sewn on the track. Should be neater and thinner. Also the synthetic pony tail is garbage.
Dont even bother. Tangles immediately, looks fake, and is way too heavy.”

Thin than my last set from y'all. Also, I emailed y'all numerous times before receiving them bc I didn't see the code for a free pony tail piece until after and really wanted to try that out. No one has ever gotten back to me.”
“I was looking forward to receiving my Bellamis. Unfortunately, my set was not up to the standard that Bellami said. My set is very thin, stringy and the clips allow my extensions to slide off. Although the color is perfect, I was very disappointed in the quality.”
