“I was expecting so much from this brand and I was really excited to use them, but they took forever to get to my house and after wearing them one time, they got ratty and tangled very easily. I washed them and let them air dry because I didn’t want to apply heat and that didn’t fix them. I thought maybe I got a bad batch?”
