“I'm really sad to be giving these a two right now. I've heard so many good things about this brand. I matched the colors with a picture of my hair in natural light. I picked the one I thought was PERFECT. When I received my package I tried the tester and it seemed to match, but once I got them all in there was an OBVIOUS difference. The color is extremely red looking. Not only did I spend good money for these extensions. But if I want to wear them regularly I'm going to have to spend even more to get them colored. They weren't as thick as I was hoping they would be. Everyone reviews them to be super thick and for the money I paid I wouldn't expect to need more. Also, I went dancing in them and they constantly were slipping. I hope once I make up the money to get them colored I fall in love with them. But I am not happy with the product as far as quality goes. But since I can't return them I guess I'll just have to learn to love them.”
“The hair was great! The only problem was my extensions in Dark Brown (2) were VERY blonde/brassy-highlighted. If i had not recieved a free ponytail extension in the same exact color I would have thought I had just picked the wrong color for my hair but the extensions were different colors even though they were both Dark Brown (2). The free ponytail matched my hair perfectly. Had to dye my hair extensions to match the ponytail and my hair”
“I was sent the wrong color and when I contacted customer service they made up excuses of why the hair wasn't the color I ordered and wanted me to pay to have the hair shipped back”
