“I was so excited to try out the extensions after watching YouTube reviews and seeing posts on IG ,but after I had already openened the extensions I realized the hair was damaged at the ends and I wore them to work anyways hoping no one would notice but I got several comments from coworkers that the hair appeared cheap and damaged and I was so embarrassed that I haven't worn them again”
“Shipping terrible. Couldn't track package. Customer service was great when I was buying product but when I tried returning it cause the hair was all matted and knotted, they gave me a hard time and tried blaming it on the products I used when I didn't use any! It came all stuck together when I took out of box. Wanted to order a few more packs cause I heard great things about the hair but not after this!”
