“I never got the item when it said it was delivered. You told me I could pay $15 to ship out a new set when all I wanted was a refund. I'm done putting my money to your extensions. If they didn't get to me the first time, why would I pay $15 more dollars to get ripped off again?”
“These extensions smelled terrible. I had to wash these extensions 5 times to get the horrible stench out. They have several gray hairs. Needless to say I'm very DISAPPOINTED. I don't recommend these extensions at all. The gray hairs were buried into the hair so I couldn't see them. So once the seal is broken you can't return or exchange the extensions. Bad customer service due to this stipulation.”
