“The only reason I'm giving these extensions 2 stars instead of 1 is because I liked the way the clips were attached and how they securely clipped into my head without the need for teasing.
I also liked that there was a lot of hair in each weft, however, that became irrelevant because the quality of the hair was so bad that the extensions would get terribly tangled after wearing them for only a couple of hours. Therefore, a bunch of the hair was lost when trying to simply brush them through and untangle them. I also lost some of my own hair because the hair from some of the wefts actually became entangled with some of my own hair and I had to struggle to remove the extensions from my head. I have worn these extensions 2 times for a few hours each time (only to go out in the evening) and I can not stand to wear them again because of how tangled they get.
I had been using clip-in extensions for about 6 years, my last set was a lot less expensive than these and lasted me 3 years in great condition without tangling at all. I was even able to sleep with my clip-ins and wake up the next morning with them intact and not tangled. Since these get tangled when just wearing them to dinner I can't even imagine what even laying down with them for a few minutes would do.
I was excited to get these extensions after seeing many beauty gurus raving about them on YouTube and instagram, and now I'm convinced they either got a special batch of good hair, I got an extremely poor quality batch, or they simply were not being sincere.
Again, I have only worn the extensions twice, they have never been washed or treated with any kind of heat or color, and were carefully stored in the storage I also purchased from you, so there is no reason why the hair should look and feel the way it does (I have pictures to prove it as well, as I was very surprised with the low quality).
Improving the quality of your extensions and using virgin Remy (cuticle aligned) hair, is a small price to pay to keep your real customers (not just the beauty gurus) happy. Huge disappointment and waste of money :(”
“I love my hair!! I read so many bad reviews about the hair shedding or not being real hair. I don't know if it's real or not but it feels great, I even colored the hair because they sent me the wrong color and it feels fine still. I've only had it for a month now so we will see how long they last, but so far so good! They are so beautiful and so fullllll!!”
