“The first pair I bought was 2 years ago they were great. I immediately put heat on the to curl and everything was great. This second set I got got tangled quickly during my wear and I seems like I can't heat them as much or they will start burning. I have them on a safe setting same as before. I also got a free ponytail wrap which I was super excited about then to find out it burned as soon as I tried to curl it. Again safe setting at 325 degrees. I was really disappointed. They are not cheap. I wanted quality.”

I only take 1 star away because of the price - if they only last around 6 months then I don't think the $200 is worth it, but I definitely intend to lengthen their lifespan as much as possible!”
