“My first batch of hair extensions were AMAZING i was so in love in them with them but when it was time to buy new ones they were great for the first month or so after that my hair extensions tangled like crazy near the root no matter what i did to tame the tangles and the clips have detached from the root of the hair extensions and 3 months in they completely fell apart. i was so disappointed on the quality of these hair extensions i would think that for the price i paid for them the quality will be better. never again”
“I purchased my first set of bellami hair extentions about a year and a half ago and fell inlove. Soon enough I just purchased my most recent set and wasn't as happy. I love the length and the color however this set does not seem to be as thick as the bundle should as well as the ends are a bit thinner as opposed to being thick throughout. Had I done a review for the first set a bought it would of been a 5/5 however this set I wasn't too happy with.”
“I order my Bellamis and I order them often this is the first time I encountered a problem, the clips had a malfunction in the sets of 3, I ask it one of the girls that work for the company if instead of getting some clips she can inquire about sending me eyelashes, as business you may know that if is a regular customer expending over 300 dls every few months you will know that you can win more business not loose only eyelashes.
She's not even the owner right? She answered me rude, and told me to complain about her if I want it too. This is the first customer experience that I'm really disappointed.
Are you gonna care more of your customers or accept bad behavior from your representatives???? That may cost you business.”
