“Took over 2 weeks to get my extensions. When they arrived they were in a manilla envelope that was ripped and dirty and looked like it had been run over. The hair was wrapped up in a net and stuffed in a cheap plastic bag. The hair itself is nothing to rave about. In fact, it was a complete waste of money. The color is not true to the description. Its more like chocolate brown it is entirely too light i cant use them. Im disappointed in tje customer service as well. My free ponytail never came either. Not sure i will ever buy again or recommend bellami hair to anyone.”
