“When first getting the hair extensions I was thrilled I loved the way they looked everything. The first two weeks I had them I wore them 2 times and by the second time the wefts were falling apart and fringing at the top. I contacted customer service and explained to them how disappointed I was and they agreed to send me a replacement set or so I thought. I was U see the impression I was going to get a new set and just send the obviously defected one back. No such thing happened instead I just recieved replacement wefts that I had no intention of using since I wasn't going to replace wefts on extensions I had just purchased and spent a good 200$ on. I do not recommend your product it is poorly made and for all these instagram models you have promotioning then im sure you compensate them generously. Please stop emailing me”

“Worst hair I have ever bought in my life an I have bought a lot they were plastic texture an matted right Away to the point where I couldn't wear them an i even sent pictures an all you guys could do was take the hair an evaluate it an said that Theres chance I wouldn't get it back or my money back I think this was a joke that a company that makes tons of money couldn't even send me new clip ins because of how horrible the hair I got was .. What a waste of 380 dollers an I didint even get to wear it a week .”
