“right when I got my package big chunks of strands were falling off the wefts :( and for the one cliff weft, I have 3 really nice think ones and one very thin, sparse one. overall I do like the clip ins, but it is shedding quite a bit already and I haven't even worn them yet.”
“I ordered from Bellami instead of Hair secrets thinking customer service and shipping would be better than buying overseas. First shipping arrived fine, problem comes if you have to deal with their return department. I have a tracking number and I requested an exchange. But they are overload and still processing exchanges. It' s been almost a month and I still don t know when is my exchange coming!!!! Needles to say some of their customer agents are rude. At least you run with someone nice from time to time :o(

Also I'm a little disappointed right after my purchase there was a promotion with a free traveling bag for the extensions and I really wanted it and wish I had waited a little longer to order to get the freebee.”

“These are my first ever extensions and I am in love with them! The only thing I've noticed is the consistency with the length or breakage I guess. I wore my hair in a braid and all down the braid, hair was poking out and I've only had them about a month now and I've been taking pretty good care of them. Also I've found a few pieces of hair that were super thick and they almost felt like plastic. Is this normal? But other than that I love them. If this is the usual, idk if I'd purchase them again.”
