“The extensions can very fast and the customer service was great. When I received the hair, the hair was very soft and silky. However, after applying heat once, 2-3 inches of the ends were fried. I even applied heat protectent and the heat setting was on low. For $200 that was kind of very disappointing. I had to cut 3 inches off of the hair. And the ends still feel frizzy even after the cut. Probably won't purchase again. Ever. But... As for the thickness of the hair.. Amazing.”
