“I love how soft and smooth they are but they weren’t as thick as I thought they were going to be. Honestly these just weren’t worth the price I paid. I could’ve purchased similar extensions at my local beauty store for half the price with similar quality.”
“I called to tell customer service I did not receive my extensions they were quick to send me another one but informed me that there is no return or exchange. When I go the extensions they were two shades lighter then my hair. I should not get penalized if I didn't receive the extensions. Really disappointed”
