“I had purchased these twice before and the quality of the hair was gorgeous I definitely got the best for my buck. I had purchased the Bellisima 22'' Off black hair, it isn't consistent all the way through, nor is the quality as thick of soft. Its disappointing and I wont purchase them again, as I had to pay customs $49.00 at the door, for the first time from this company as if they don't charge almost $300 CAN for these extensions. I'm disappointed”

“I’ve been ordering from Bellami for 6 years now and the last few times I’ve noticed that the quality just isn’t there any more! Goes from gorgeous and silky to dry and constantly matting in under a month. Maybe I could be more forgiving if the hair was dyed or I was new to this and unable to properly care for them but i’m so careful and proactive with extension care and i’m purchasing natural colours! It’s like the company got bigger and more successful and stopped caring about the actual product. Sucks because I really was happy in the beginning :/”
