“I have ordered from Bellami at least 3 times, but this recent order fell short. The hair wasn't as thick and soft as the last few times I ordered it. I had heard that they have changed their hair quality, but I didn't believe it. I fear it may be true.”
“First let me say , i ordered my extensions 2 weeks before a very special event I had planned , they got here a month later , which I was VERY UPSET about ! I called customer service and they were very rude about it , they did nothing ! & then they arrived and they were not what I expected ! There was very little hair , it didn't look as thick like there picture . one of the clips were broken , I was just so upset , not only late but ruined ! Never again ,”
