“Ordered hair extensions over 2 months ago that said they would ship the day I placed the order. Every time I called to ask when I would receive them, I was told "oh they will ship this Friday" So after 2 months I decided to cancel my order. I didn't even get my full refund. Every time I called someone told me something different. Should probably make sure your staff is all on the same page. Very upset I did not get to get my hair extensions I paid almost $300 for. I should of read reviews before ordering because it looks like everyone has the same problem. Terrible terrible company.”
“Just received my extensions today and they were worth the delay (back order... I do recommend ordering in advance. If you have an event coming up that you like to wear your hair to - order a month ahead of time!) The color matched my hair perfectly, blends completely with my hair, looks natural, high quality! It's worth it, you don't have to worry about spending your good money on a crap product. (FYI: I ordered the 22 inch Bellissima 220g in 1B. It's very long, comes just above waist length)”
