“I purchased the 22" bellisima extensions while they had a "get a free ponytail" promo in November and I never got my ponytail because it was in back order. I emailed them and they said I would receive it mid December and I never did. I emailed them again and they are now saying mid February. It's a little upsetting because I only made a pricey purchase because I thought I was getting a deal. The quality of my extensions is great but service for the promo not so great.”

This year I purchased the same bundle but in the color "Off black" which when I received it was more brown. Secondly the hair wasn't as thick and the clips weren't as good as before. If I could return I would but the policy doesn't let me.”

“So I was really excited about these extensions after seeing YouTube reviews. Well...... I'm saddened that I just lost $200. But I will start with the pros.
Pros: nice sturdy clips. Nicely sewn.
Hair has good thick consistency throughout to the end (doesn't do that dramatic tapering like most brands do with the ends)
Shipping was not terrible. They kept me posted with emails starting within hours right after I purchased. Also, the packaging was simple and nice.
Major con: WOW does this tangle. Do not expect nice flowy hair. No matter how many times you brush it out and strangle all the strands, literally swaying your hair side to side seconds later it will be matter again. The back rubs on your clothes a little and it looks like a hair ball Mess. How could you wear this hair out???

WOW DOES THIS HAIR SHED. I washed and conditioned and applied heat protectant just as the package states. Omg, every time I combed it, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT MATS OFTEN, it was dropping strands. My bathroom floor looked a mess.
Cons: hair is super shiny. After you wash it and straighten it, it has this fabricated shine that makes it difficult to blend certain textures of African American hair. (I do recognize that some African American hair is smoother than others but overall, blending can be an issue).
Con: no in between shades to match your hair color. Jet black is too dark and the off black (I believe 1b, or whatever the next step down is) is too light.
I'm super displeased with this hair. One of the worst purchases I've made. Certainly, lesson learned.”
