“Honestly can say there's a huge difference in the quality of the magnifica 24" dark brown I bought 2 years ago , somehow appear to be better quality than the bellisima 22" I just recently purchased hate to say it but Bellami has downgraded the quality and presentation plenty in the past year or so . “I'm writing this through an email I had received to write a review on my products I've purchased. Wish I had since this earlier since its been almost 6 months since I've purchased these. Let me start off with saying this isn't my first purchase of hair extensions with Bellami it's my third. The first time I loved them! I purchased 160g set. After those wore out I decided to purchase the same set a second time. This time they weren't so great they shed quite a bit became thin quite fast and started to tangle really badly. If I didn't bring a hair brush with me everywhere it would look like I had a nest behind my neck. Although I didn't have the best experience with the second set I understand I probably revived a bad batch. Remembering how well the first ones went I decided to give the comany another chance. I decided to buy a 220g set because just incase they shed just like regular hair does they'll last a little bit longer since they're thicker. Which was no doubt pricy but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. This third and last time I bought this set in off black. Probably the worst of all three of the times I've ordered from Bellami. The hair sheded like crazy. It was soft for maybe 2 weeks and then started the whole tangled nest thing again. It was really upsetting because I decided to invest more money to buying thicker ones because I thought they would last longer but in fact the quality lasted less than the last pair. But something new happened with these that I didn't experience with any of the others. Every time I would wash them black hair colour residue would washout with it. Now my hair colour and extensions hair colour are two different colours because the extensions are lighter! I was so disappointed and still am. I'm on the hunt for better extensions now. Im sorry to have to write this review I just want to be truthful.
Just a side note: I wear my extensions 4 times a week AT MOST. I take care of them better than I take care of my own. I hair make sure to condition them well and I only style them 2-3 times a month at most.”
“I paid over $200 for these extensions and I've only had them for three weeks. They get knoted very easily. They feel very brittle and like I put a ton of heat on it when I haven't. They just feel damaged now very disappointed”
“I have shopped and supported Bellami for a little over a year now and recently with my last purchase one of the clips was broken. I know this usually doesn’t happen and I tried costumer service via email and have yet to hear back. On any other occasion 5/5 but my last purchase was not up to usual standards.”
