“Hair was wonderful but the customer service was awful. I payed $50 for over night shipping to receive the hair on my birthday. When it never came I called and was told that my extensions were on back order. When I purchased them on the website it did not say back order. I received them late and payed way too much money for shipping only to receive them days later.”

“The hair is super soft and doesn't shed as much as some others have said. The color 1B was a little light for my hair. I should have gotten black because the 1B has a lot of brown in it. I also wish I would've gotten the 260grams because I wanted that glamorous celebrity style thick hair. The 220 does the job but I could use a little more hair because my hair is cut short (lob).”
