“I'm from London. I've ordered 220g 22" off black set, as I've heard is popular in US and girls love it! I thought will give it a try. And that was the worst decision I've ever made. Not as wow and luxury as it claims to be! The quality of hair is pretty good but the whole set comes in 10 pieces with little hair on it, 5 pieces with double amount of hair does the trick for me. The hair comes in a very basic plastic packaging, nothing different or unique. Also very long delivery over 3 weeks plus additional high custom charge of £40 as the person posting it overvalued content of the package,putting an estimate just under £200 when it should be £130 what I've paid for, and that would decrease the charge down to £20 instead of £40. Also all items shipped from US to UK under £100 are free of custom charge!! If you from Uk I wouldn't recommend buying it as you can have exactly the same good quality set of hair for almost half of the price! I thought this hair extensions are more costly hence must be really good. It is good but not as good to be worth the price!”

“I was hesitant to purchase these extensions due to such mix reviews. First of all the hair extensions themselves are very nice thick and silky. Secondly the packaging it came in was awful it looked so cheap like I ordered them off ebay. Thirdly it took so long for them to come luckily I wasn't in a rush to wear them. Overall 4 stars I believe is a generous rating because of the packaging and timing it took I really think bellami need to improve on this as I won't be a returning customer if that's the case. Other than that the extensions are lovely.”
