“I recently purchased a set of platinum bellissima extensions, heard tons of good things about this hair and I was so excited to receive it! Except when it came in, it just came in a regular manila envelope. I think for the money we are spending on this product, the regular packaging should be something better. Remember that the way you present your product to your customers, even when it comes down to packaging it should be a wow factor and not something we should pay EXTRA for. Just a suggestion. Also the hair does tangle a lot. I was hoping this wasn't true but I'm still in love with them :) My hairdresser dyed them a beautiful SILVER color and I've received so many compliments!”
“I wanted so badly to like these extensions! However, once my 22” platinum clip-ins arrived they were VERY clearly warm toned instead of cool. I chose this color based off the pictures posted on Instagram stating that they were platinum as well, but these looked nothing like those posts. Now I don’t have the time or finances to attempt to order again any time soon.”
“Love the new blonde colour, did not have to tone or dye for the first time! I suggest wearing two sets of extension lengths for a more seamless look. Long wefts on the bottom and shorter wefts on top.”
