“I watched YouTube videos, Googled reviews, it was said that you have really good customer service and great products.. I wanted to make sure that my money was being well spent...I was REALLY disappointed from the very beginning to the end. I didn't feel like you people tried hard enough to make sure that my order process went through smoothly. I had to be the one consistently calling. I received a "compt item" which was a storage bag and Hanger; after all the trouble... And was also disappointed by it... It was not stiched up properly at the right side of the seams so it has a hole where it is not sewned together. I can only imagine what will happen with my hair extensions... How long will it be before they become undone?!
I didn't bother to call again about the bag, because I choose not to deal with you people.. You pretend to be nice when you answer the phone; however as soon as you hear there's an issue the tone of voice completely changes, as if we the customer aren't paying a good amount of money! It only cost me about 280.00 to learn my lesson and NEVER order from you again.. If I could I would not even give you 1 star!
I really doubt you'll respond to this email since you never reached out to me to address my concerns, so I don't expect a response; however I really do hope someone reads this email and makes some kind of change in the near future. I will also make sure that other people know that there's no need to over pay for such a horrible experience.”
“I purchased these extensions over a month ago. I was super excited because I’ve always heard great things about them! My honest review they weren’t at all what I was expecting . First for 240g they were really thin. They tangle so quick. I’m always having to brush them out because they get so tangled. I’ve been wearing extensions for over 5 years and purchased from different company’s. I just don’t think they were worth the money I paid. I think it was just the name that everyone is so hyped about because I’ve owned extensions that were way better quality.”
