“First time buyer so I had no idea what the 240g meant. So when I go to buy your “thickest hair” I expected there to be lots of thick hair just like mine, well either I have outrageously thick hair or your description is a little off. The quality of the hair was amazing, just a little disappointed I am paying for something I can’t wear unless I miraculously can get rid over half of my hair so it’ll match the extensions. I’m sure people will be wondering as to why I didn’t contact for a return the packaging clearly states if you open the main part no refunds or returns.”
