“When I received them they looked and felt amazing, I have followed every instruction on taking care of them but yet they continue to shed and I have had to get the ends of them trimmed off because even on lowest heat possible and using a heat protective spray the ends completed fried and even melted in some spots. I just believe that with a product that I spent almost $300 on I shouldn't be having the problems im having with them. Im just more disappointed because I have wanted a set of yalls extentions for a very long time and now that I have them they seem like they aren't going to last me a long time even though im going above and beyond with the care for them and making sure they are in proper storage.”
