“For the amount of money I spent on them, they were only 190g thick, not 240g. Also, the extensions get tangled on a daily basis and I’m brushing my hair 3 times a day, sometimes 4. Wish I got the boogatis.”
“I am beyond disappointed in quality control and customer service. I understand its the holidays and you have a lot of orders but that is no excuse. I paid full price so that I can enjoy my holidays stress free and that did not happen. I placed my order in November and finally got my order today. I won't even bother sending them back, who knows how much longer I would have taken. The hair itself is ok but this was a nightmare. Not worth it.”
