“Ive had my hair extensions for 4 months now and they look horrible. I can’t wash or comb them without hair falling out. The hair is so tangled & matted, not even conditioner can fix them. I’m very disappointed, and very upset with the hair!! You’d think the price I paid they last a little longer. I will not be ordering from you again.”
“Horrible! Took these extensions to my stylist she washed them with top care products and the hair matted horrible! Must have came defective. I would like a refund or to be sent a new package. I sent an email previously and got no response! Terrible customer service.”
