“I have nothing to rate. My order has NOT been delivered. The order was scheduled to be delivered 4/25/25. Today is 5/5 and FedEx website shows my order in Memphis, TN since 4/24. The review for quality, value and unboxing experience did not allow me to select 1 star. It forced me to pick 3 stars. My review is 0 for everything just to make it clear. To pay close to $400 and not receive anything is mind boggling.”
“When they came in the color was nothing like the picture but they were soft and silky which was a good sign. After literally one wash they weren't as silky as before. They tangle very bad you would expect them to be good quality given that you pay hundreds of dollars. I've had synthetic hair better than this.”

“I would like either a refund or a brand new set of extensions sent to me. I have had these for not even 2 months and they mat together after 20 minutes of wear. This is my 5th time to order extensions from your company, and I am extremely disappointed. I’ve purchased your extension hair care line as well as the proper storage for them, my sister is a hair stylist and helps me ensure I’m purchasing all the necessities to keep my extensions in proper shape. These are stated to be 100% rent human hair. However, I have found hot pink and purple synthetic pieces of hair throughout these. Which, can only lead me to believe these are a blend.”

I spend 500$ on this hair so my expectations were high with packaging and thought maybe they would throw in something extra like some where to hold extensions or a brush. Disappointed with how much I spend I wish I can take them back but coloured them Already”
