“While i loveee the quality, the color is no where near what the description is. It is more like black that goes into iced white. I wanted the mocha into dirty blond. I am disappointed.”
“The color is great! However the hair itself is on the thinner side. I have Asian hair and had to buy 2 packs to fill in my hair otherwise I couldn't wear it at all. Also, the hair gets tangled easily especially around the shoulder and back where it comes to contact w my body. I have shoulder length hair so if my hair was already long, I don't think it would get as tangled but bc it's all hair extension it gets tangled quite often.”

“I ordered my hair in early-mid December and long story short I did not receive my hair until end of January although it was to be delivered within 7 days, I could not reach anyone by phone to communicate the issues they had with delivery. I emailed and had responses very vague and would end with call us with any questions. I received the free pony with the hair I ordered and it is terribly fake looking thank god I did not pay for it I would even more disappointed. My extensions do not match or blend as well as they claim and when using a hot iron to it some piece melt to it which tells me that there is some synthetic hair within the wefts. Over all horrible experience and waste of money.”
