“I'm so confused by the instagram pictures and the review below. My color was WAY off! I have similar hair color to the girls in the pictures above and thought this color seemed to be the best fit. Further, I even sent a picture of my hair color to Bellami and they recommended this color as well, so I was pretty confident that it would work.... I received my extensions and they were SO SO light, like almost gray. They were definitely like a platinum blonde, grayish color. I must have gotten a bad batch or something if these reviews are true. The extensions were also slightly thin, but I won't put that on Bellami as I do have really thick hair and could have gotten thicker ones. I found them slightly uncomfortable as compared to microbead extensions I previously has, but again I won't put that on Bellami. They feel as comfortable as any other clips in brands. The color was by far the biggest disappointment. I really wanted the extensions in time for vacation and I paid $55 (!!!!!!) for rush shipping and when I wanted to return them and exchange them, Bellami would not re-ship the new ones rushed. I would have had to lose my $55 and repay another $55 which I was not willing to do after already spending $240 on these. I re-dyed them myself and now they look okay.... but just so much work for me after already spending about $300 and ended up just being a let-down. I recommend not relying heavily on the balayage color choices, or if you do, be prepared to possibly needing an exchange.”
“I was really upset and disappointed when I received my set the first time. It was very dry and tangle, very faked look.I did contact the customer service and they asked me to submit my set for inspection. They concluded it was defectuous and shipped a gorgeous set. I am so happy with my new set of extensions that I plan to get a new one soon this time I'll go with the 220 gr. I just hope it will have the same quality than the second set. Customer service is great and always willing to help u . Beside that first unhappy experience I must say I love those hair extensions!!!!!”
