“I wish I could say that I am very happy with my recent purchase with Bellami Hair Extensions, of which I purchased the #1C/#18 in Guy Tangs Balayage Hair extensions but when I received my order the color wasn't nearly close to the photo they have used nor did it match any of the customers who posted their photos via instagram. I held it up to my hair with their sample and it didn't come close to matching at all. It was so bleachy. No warm tones at all that give that sun bleached hair look like before. Very fake looking too. And the balayage is not all that impressive either.
A year ago I ordered this exact color and was so happy. They were gorgeous and exactly like the photo. They literally blended in with my hair. Just stunning extensions. I have highlights and low lights. My mom has a salon and uses Dark Shades 7nw, carmel 8 nw with 30 volume peroxide and blonde is redken bleach. This color combo gives me that beachy look and she also did the balayage. However, I do have finer hair. A lot of it but fine and wanted volume and the extensions helped me achieve that look.
I ordered my extensions a month ago and when I got my order the extensions were terrible :(. So sorry to be so blunt. But they were white blonde on the bottom and ashy looking. Like the old bleach highlights that no hair stylists do anymore. And the quality of hair was exactly like barbie hair. So I sent them back and asked them to send me another set and hoped it would be like the photo and what id ordered a last year in October 2015. But sadly I did get my replacement set and they were even worse. I would have my mom try and fix them but Bellami Hair should fix this problem. Dont you think? The hair appears mostly synthetic and its treated with something so I don't want to mess them up.
Guy Tang does amazing work. Its a shame he is affiliated and endorses these extensions. If he saw this color and saw the quality of hair I assure you he would be very very disappointed. So im very disappointed with this set and plan to send them back for a full refund. Absolutely loved this company but so disappointed they arent consistent and advertise one thing but you get something completely different. Then there excuse is that every manufacturer is different and not every batch is the same. What? So misleading.”
“the colour match they have done for me was horrible, not my colour whatsoever and I wasn't able to see the difference with the "tester" peace they send in the box so i opened the whole package and when I emailed them about it received a reply after 2 days i think which was too late so I couldn't return the extensions and get a refund. The hair's quality is really bad, it doesn'hold the curls whatsoever and gets tangled 24/7 even if im just walking. Horrible quality, won't purchase again”
“Shipping took quite a while. When I received my hair the color was nothing like the 10 pictures I saw on the website. The blonde was so ashy it looked silver. The pictures showed the blonde to be more warm and golden. I understand colors looking different on the computer but I think it's bad business to charge your customer to ship it back and then also pay shipping for a replacement. As far as quality of the hair it seemed like beautiful hair.”
