“color did not match at all and I went in between just to be safe but got no help period customer service was rude. i wish i could exchange to the right color yes i opened it but used the tester i even colored my hair to make it match but it has a gray tinge to it weird. I’m unhappy with purchase and if there is anything that can be done id be very very happy”

“Hair is pretty but it gets dry after only a little time. The clips are so so. They come loose by the end of the night. Will be ordering from another company next time.Customer service from this company has deteriorated. The shipping is fast but trying to get through to this company when there is a problem isn't the easiest.”
“These are on back order and it does not say so on the website. I ordered 2 weeks ago an nothing! I had to email them to find out that thy were on backorder and receives a response three days later. Their live chat is never on and I have called their 800 number for a week and it just hangs up on me. I mentioned this to them in my email, but it was not addressed. So much for my first purchase.”
