“The hair is lovely, the service however has been a long tiresome struggle from start to finish, late postal despite express service payed for! Incorrect items sent! 3 weeks to get a replacement such was again sent late so I won't be here to accept delivery! All in all a farce!”

“The texture of the extensions is really nice. They're thick and nice, which look natural. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it was nearly impossible to know which color was the right for me through their website. Each photo of the extensions looks different with different lighting. When I tried to research I was better off digging through instagram and YouTube to see how they look in natural day light. You all are in deep need of better photos of the extensions, of a person wearing them, with natural daylight, and multiple models wearing them.
For example, the Burciaga blends although they look gorgeous on the model, on one of the pics you can see a blunt line of color change. I do not like that, so it would be nice to see actual videos of people putting them on on your website... anything that gives us more clue as to which color might work for us... If you have all the revenue from the extensions (which are not cheap) I would suggest investing in a better website/photos/gallery.
