“Had a shipping issue that I had addressed before Christmas 2014, was speaking to a Gill or Bill, who was supposed to be getting back with me but has failed to do so. I have left messages for him, still no call back. As for the hair, it sheds more than most clip ins that I have had in the past. This happened before washing. The hair also is super frizzy and tangles quickly and doesn't hold curls very well. Mind you, I use proper heat protectors and good quality hair tools. Lastly the clips don't stay fastened down to well. The only thing I like about these hair extensions is the color.”
