“I was so excited to get my new “five star” extentions I paid a lot for this hair and was so excited to get the perfect set!! But when my hair arrived the set was missing almost half of the clips :( sadly I had to send back the perfect hair!!! It was a great white blonde color at the bottom like I wanted and a dark brown at the top. Which was perfect color for my hair so when I returned the hair I was promised a full set that was exactly the same. I was so excited when I got my extentions right away because I had paid for 2 day shipping, I knew they wouldn’t be exactly the same but hoped for the best! but very disappointed when I recived a very yellow blonde set with lighter brown at the top which in no Way resembled my first set :( it was Embarrassing for me to contact them again :( so I just left it alone”
“I’ve had friends buy these extensions and use them for YEARS! When I received mine they were great and first.. whithin the first two weeks of having them hair was shedding out of them and became very thin? Never washed them. Only used a tangle teezer on them.”
“Waste of money. Poor quality extensions and they are not thick like advertisements suggest. Customer service doesnt do much to help except offer a "possible" credit to the store after they inspect the extensions. You must pay shipping back and again if you use their credit...so you are out money either way and not much you can do about it.”
“Something is not right with the set I received because, when I was curling my extensions I had some of the strands burn and it was all over my wand to. I have never had this experience with Bellami & this is not my first time purchasing from them. I tried straining them as well and I keep having the same problem not too sure if my extensions maybe have some strands of synthetic hair makes me sad. I had a bad experience with my purchase unfortunately & the reason why I’m not able to return them and get a new set is because, I matched the sample to my hair and it matched perfectly fine & once you open the hole set your unable to return them.”
“Blend well and are good quality. I noticed after a few uses (curling, straightening etc.) the blonde part of the hair started to burn and turn a dark color. Also wish i would have ordered more hair since they are a lot thinner than i expected. I previously ordered Lily Ghalichi and it was SUPER thick and gorgeous and i guess i was expecting the same quality of hair. Overall satisfied but a little disappointed in my order.”
