“The extensions are nice but on top of waiting 2 months for my extensions on back order (that I was not aware of when I ordered) and missing the wedding I ordered them for, I am upset that I did not receive the Hot Rod curler that I ordered with them. I was waiting on purpose for a special with a curler because I really need a new one. Instead I was shipped a blow dryer that I do not need as I recently purchased a new one a few months ago, without any asking or letting me know prior to sending.”

“I waited for a month or more for the extensions to be delivered because my item was on backorder. Bellami customer service was patient when explaining the delay but promised me I wouldn't be disappointed. I was skeptical but they were right! These extensions were exactly like the pictures and description. I've used many different brands and types of extensions. Bellami hair feels and looks like quality human hair with perfect coloring. Only time and proper care will determine how well the set looks after continued use. I did notice some shedding but that's normal. I would definitely order again and have already recommended Bellami to my friends. The added reassurance I got from the return policy was also part of my decision to buy Bellami.
